Country Oaks Angus Ranch is located in Central Florida. Owned by Bill Freel, D.V.M, Country Oaks is a family ranching operation. His daughters and their families are active in the day-to-day operation and his granddaughters love working cows with their poppy. 2011 will be the first time the next generation of Freel's will step into the cattle show ring with a Country Oaks Angus. Riley, 9, will be showing. Dr. Freel or Doc as he's affectionately known has been a large animal veterinarian in the state of Florida for more than 32 years. His love of cattle and care for their health and well being makes him a passionate cow man. Country Oaks Angus has nearly 800 registered purebred angus and would love to have you stop by the ranch some day.

Country Oaks Bull at Sysco Southeast Launch

Bill Freel, daughter Erin Freel and granddaughter Riley Rowe attended the launch of the Certified Angus Beef Brand at Sysco Southeast in August. Country Oaks even had a bull on site in Palm Beach Gardens to inspire sales associates to sell Certified Angus Beef. The Freel's also put on a breakout session and answered questions regarding life in a typical Angus cattle operation.
